As you may guess I have a singular passion for all things Fall or Autumn related. From pastoral farm scenes to Halloween and how you celebrate it and yes if you celebrate the Day of The Dead or Dia de Los Muertos instead then show that as well.

I've built my niche around the Fall foliage in New England and I have a reputation as a pundit on this subject (Also known as the Arboreal Oracle). I've been on CBS, PBS/BBC, the Weather Channel, numerous Radio stations, and publications across the globe.
So I want to see this group lead all others here on Pixels when it comes to fall foliage and Autumn the world over. If you examine the image I uploaded you can see it is full of the colors of Autumn.
Whether you are showing us photographs, Paintings, Digital Art, or anything that captures the 'spirit' of Autumn AND the fall LEAVES share away!
THIS IS NOT A HALLOWEEN GROUP, a pumpkin sitting in a pile of leaves (carved or not) is okay, a kitten in the fall leaves is okay but a haunted house or zombies is NOT
I also allow various harvest pictures, but if it doesn't feel like a fall harvest picture then it is gone
Black and White will be deleted. Red and Orange in the sky are NOT fall colors/leaves ON the trees... Don't make me guess if this is depicting the fall colors on the trees BUT! I only look at 3 things. I look at the thumbnail, does it look like fall (yes/no) Does the title indicate Autumn/fall (yes/no) Does the first 5-10 words tell me it's fall/autumn (yes/No).
Just because the image has orange or gold in it does not make it autumn. Just because you have an orange sunset, it does not make it a fall image. If you give me a sunset you better tell me in no uncertain terms what makes this an autumn photo. (more than Hey! I took this in October) (I Repeat) NO BLACK AND WHITE or I'll delete
November images with no leaves ARE NOT autumn and the description must say how this relates to autumn or I'll delete
As always I'm the final decider of whether or not you are showing something appropriate. Some may want nudes in fall leaves and I would rather you put those images in other groups. So family-friendly is my preference. Questions? ask in the discussion area.
Also! Descriptions of where and when you painted, photographed, or created your masterpiece. If I see no description or wrong keywords I will just mark it to be removed. If I get it wrong then please edit it and pull it and resubmit it with a note on why you think I got it wrong.
I don't do a lot of contests and I won't bother you with a lot of emails. I do love to hear from you so please leave a note in the discussions.
